PRICING
All events must be paid before our service can start. Checks will not be accepted 5 days before the event.
Pay As You Go Services:
$150 per hour after 2 hours $125 per hour
Photo Booth Service
$100 per hour no prints
$150 per hour with prints
360 Spin Booth
$150 per hour
Overtime rate: $100 per hour
Videography
$150 per hour (includes memory stick)
TERMS
All photos will be available for viewing after (5) business days. All photographic material shall remain the exclusive property of Electric City photographic until full payment is made on all photos. Your photos will be on our website for 6 months from the date they are taken.
Refunds
Refunds are made if no prints or digital files are given to the client. If digital files are purchased the refund is voided at time of purchase. The deposit is non- refundable
Cancellation /Change of Date
If client cancels the event for any reason notice must be given in writing 30 days before the event. If a new day is scheduled less than the 30 days in writing the client will not lose the retainer, if that date is available for our company. If Electric City Photography or the client cannot perform this contract due to fire or disaster beyond our control the client will not lose their retainer. The deposit is non-refundable.
Liability
The client is responsible for liability coverage of the event location and artistic license in relation to our work at the event in any parking fees.
Mileage
Client will pay$0.75/mile after 25 miles from the photographers office.
